Google’s rumoured attempt at a challenger to the Facebook throne may have come a step closer, with the search engine’s acquisition of social networking start-up Angstro.
Angstro’s founder, Rohit Khare is now reportedly working on the mysterious Google Me.
Google has built an extensive shopping list in the past year, purchasing start-ups that range from video broadcaster Episodic to Jambool, which ‘makes’ virtual currency for online games.
